This really makes sense too. A side that has fighters in the air has spotters that can radio the fleet of the enemy's location and thus make avoiding combat easier should that be the decision.

I'm with you wholeheartedly, I almost never make ground attacks unless it's a surprise turn. The payoff vs odds is just too low.

This is more of a pov thing. Just because a unit is disrupted and isolated doesn't mean it is completely isolated especially when it's under mere ZoC.

Forces can still rally and scavenge. IMO, the game plays fine without it.

I haven't even bothered with a save but I've had the same problem and it's one that drives me bat-poop crazy. I really don't enjoy cycling through every convoy that I've set to sentry, every turn, just to see if this turn it's still on sentry.

Oh, and if it's important...I had the unit resolution toggle on medium when I got the pop-up. Who knows, maybe only medium res Chinese Communists can go back to production; the high res ones are too decadent.
