yeah. you have to set aggressive goals when playing against AI. otherwise: i am looking for an opponent atm. AE is simply too time consuming for me.

good start. lvov pocket will be open in the next turn but maybe he will throw good money after bad one by giving you the chance to pocket more units in turn 2 when your tanks still have gas.

no lvov pocket means that the enemy has some high quality infantry, armor and mountain infantry units to cause problems but your move in the north was very refreshing.

i still have room for one game and woiuld like to play the axis in a better CV 41-45 game. i would suggest no soviet naval landings behind sevastopol and +1 soviet attack bonus and mild blizzard but we can discuss it all.

Thanks for the information about the sapper units. I remember someone saying here that the problem of the Red Army later in the war is not strength but mobility. I guess I go for some not so mobile support units and save the trucks for tank corps and their tank battalions.

great AAR. your panzers will have a good moral in the spring but it seems that your infantry loses are quite high at 700k.

but with high moral panzer divisions anything is possible when the ground allows panzer operations. very excited to see your spring offensive.
