Redown load

I am having a problem redownloadig John Tillers Campaign Series.I got a message that I need to clear any Digital River cookies.I don't know what that is or how to clear it.I have tryed deleteing cookies from internet options with no luck.
Can you help.

I have been to www.findmyorder.com any got an autamated message witch was NOT helpful.Is ther anyway to talk to a real person?

Redown load

I reformated my computer and lost all my files.I'm trying to redown load
and not having any luck.I find the autamated support massages less than helpfull.Is there anyway I can talk to a real person?
