woops wrong section, shouldn't be posted in tech room :/

I have patched my copy to the latest beta patch. When hovering the mouse on a base the detection level is showed as a fraction, I don't really understand what both numbers indicate... I can't find how it's clearly showed in the manual... could you explain it to me?

I don't really get how to load/unload a unit without double click to selct all units on hex... when there are only two units... how to select just two units on a hew when there more than two units (to load/unload)?
