I've read that if you install the official patch you cant install this mod. Something about them conflicting. Is this true?

No replies?  [&:].  Someone must have gotten a guy higher then Staff Sargent.  Is it based on time played, xp, amount of troops.  Very fustrating not being able to get to 54 str with most of my guys.  Thanks,

<t> Cant get anyone past sargent (master or First class, something like that). Got alot of sargents, got bee armor, plasma guns etc. Even got one soldier up above 1000 xp, but still no promotions.
