And if you have to delay taking Malta a turn to gut the Brit fleet with the bombers, by all means do it.
It's the best chance you'll get early on.

Since you pay for them every time you ship a unit, the amphib are not permanently lost, just rebuilt whether sunk or successfully transported.
It's the same as any lost unit in that regard.

I've been getting those youtube errors the last couple of days.
The message comes up 2 or 3 times and the game fails to start.
I close the error boxes and hit play again and it works.
