Version 1.08. PBEM. Friend of mine destroys everything within Perm, the last Soviet Capital (taking the first three), after extraordinary resistance, in October of 1942.

Russia surrenders.

However, given the lack of available action points, it is an Italian unit that moves in to occupy Perm.

The USSR surrenders to . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Italy!

3,000+ MPPs gained! Time for all those Italian Aircraft Carriers we were promised!

I did that once with France.
