During launcher, it stalls and wont continue into the game, have to force close the program everytime, the game had worked before for about 5 times and now it highlights the option to start the game but than freezes can not choose anything else again force close the program, would like not to return...

Everytime i try to play a scenerio, a wondows error screen comes up asn says it must close, doesm't even get into the game, whats going on. i bought the game over the internet and let it download and now i can only play a tutorial, no actual game any ideas? thanks upset
