The 152H. It was quite durable against the mustang and pretty good at shooting down bombers

Well I won!

<t> After my previous loss I took the time to learn how to manage production and used some suggestions ( thanks HS and Swift ) and won as the Germans in the 43 campaign. I recieved the Ta 152 in January 44 which seemed a bit lucky and then the 262A in April. Also the Allied break happened on 7/19 ...

RE: Mery Christmas and Happy Holidays 2010

<t> I'm currently basking in the glow of my all time dream game the WITE release ( it really is amazing! ). My second fav game was advanced squad leader back in the day. I set a pretty negitive post and got a response from Matrix that they believe there is a game out there. I guess maybe so little ...

RE: Operation Typhoon

<t> I am really having a hard time with typhoon. I get a few early smallish pockets but nothing like the advances you got. I am trying to learn the game on challenging but it might be too hard for me. I switched to Kiev which I though would be harder and am making very nice progress. Any suggestions ...

<t> I couldn't agree more!<br/>
<br/>
For me this has been an awesome experience! <br/>
<br/>
There is so much here that is so cutting edge. I probably played the old SPI WitE 4 times from start to finish ( not a small feat!) and to see this evolution so many years later is amazing. There are so ...

RE: CV and Combat Modeling

<t> I have read this string twice and have come to the conclusion that very reasonable answers have been given to a highly intelligent but totally unrealistic expectation. I just went out to pick up my cray computer so I can Mod every soldier, standing behind every tree ready to sneek up behind ...

RE: Released 23 november?

<t> Jaw!<br/>
<br/>
He sounds young to me! I've got 40 years in this hobby and I believe this game will be what I dreamed about all those years ago. No counters for the dog to run over, a great AI and maybe some PBEM if my schedule allows. I enjoyed WIR but it was not like WITE (SPI) which at the ...

RE: Released 23 november?

<t> Erik I didn't know it was that far along. I have to say that this is my most anticipated game since I started gaming 40 yrs ago with the AH game Blitzkreig. 4 of us spent more than a few all nighter's playing SPI's War in the East and I fell in love with the period and scope of the campaign ...

RE: New News!

So I guess the answer Gunhawk is to rip everyone. You should look up the difference between "owed" and "entitled". Unless you have invested in the startup cost he owes you NOTHING!!!!

<t> I think we need to be fair here. Having recently posted a rather negitive post I believe that mark has stepped up and givin us information. First of all we must assume he is busy. Second I would not want to be expected to be beholden to this post to answer every question all the time. My ...

<t> Ok maybe its just me, but...... If the forum is here then the intent is to publish here. If that is the case doesn't it make sense to communicate here. My only point is that it take very little time for an update once in a while! I would think that a designer would want to keep the interest high ...
