Had the same problem with another game. Are you running windows 10? Win 10 had set the attributes pf the Documents\My Games\Order of Battle - Pacific
to read only. If this is what has happened just uncheck the read only box in the folder properties window

The game downloads the patch tells me the update process is complete and stops it does not update. When I manually run the patch application is opens google chrome and does nothing else. HELP
