RE: Hold at all costs!

<t> But at the strategic level you did not decide if a division would use hasty or deliberate attack either. This game spans from military strategic down to tactical level. We have to ways to attack, why not two ways to deffend? Deliberate deffence and "normal" defence. In deliberate you need to get ...

RE: Game Suggestions:

<t> You should ad the possibility to "attack" empty hexes. If an inf have two or motorized have tree movement points left, it can take controll of an adjecent hex by attacking the enemy in that hex. It should be even easier to take possesion of an empty hex by "attacking" it using two or tree ...

RE: Strange Axis AI behavior

Sorry if OT. But could someone elaborate about the "teleporting" issue. I noticed that the russian line went from a dence line of units to a "carpet" of units after a breaktrough. Is it that that is called "teleporting"?

RE: Open your mind!

<t> This might have been mentioned earlier, but I think a "sliding scale" victory condition whit certain chans-risk of Russian-German surrender once you reach a ceartain VP number would be an idea. As the Axis take more VP in 41 the chans-risk increase. This would urge the russian player to a ...

This mihgt have been sugested before. But why dont you just remove some of the adverse effects of german reatreats? This could reflect the german emphasis of mobility. Let the germans dig faster in the lower end up to lvl2 and then slower after that and reduce the german reatreat atrition.

1942 Axis strategy?

I have found nohting on the 1942 Axis strategy here. Is it an all out offensive, part of the front offensive as historical or hold the line, what is the viable options for the Axis in 1942? Should you go for automatic VP win or hold the line until 1945?

RE: Game Suggestions:

<t> I would like some kind of "winterezition" rule. If you can motorize your units temporarily, why cant you train some of the German units to be prepared for winter. It has to be costly unless the germans will all wear furs for the winter. Maybee if you use the Mountain troops as "trainers" and ...
