Download versus hardcopy

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

Crown of Glory is a "Digital Express Edition", which means that the physical copy consists of a color printed DVD case and color CD with serial # and order # printed on it, but the manual is PDF only, not printed. We've been updating our store with the various logos over the past few weeks and put out an announcement at the start of the year to explain them. In short, Digital Express means no printed manual, Standard means greyscale printed manual, Collector's means full color printed manual.
