just need a clarification, when a HQ have a range of one does it mean the hexe the HQ is on or one hexe from the HQ hexe?

as well, from my observation so far, excess pilots come from the reserve poll and specialy when tou transfert a group with pilot in the reserve pool. any coments?

But are they going to go to the reserve pool which means that they will be still attach to the same group they where in before disband?

I am trying to fly in formation but i do have a diffucult time to stay at the same speed anf altidude of the rest of the formation. i do understand there is a trim( i am not sure wath it means) but i know there is some way to tune my flite. any help will be appreciated
