Guys, I have this nasty plague rampaging accross my worlds, can I somehow contain it by instituting a quarantine?

Perhaps military stations ect, should throw a small 'infulance' bubble around the planet or % of the system they are in.

Thats odd, you would assume that carriers use the 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 ratio your empire combat ratio uses and 'clear the decks'. Possible bug?

Thanks Igrad, the ability to check cargo levels on planets to ensure they are growing at their max rate (10 luxuries) is what I have been searching for. Double clicking on the info panel! I should of thought of that! Thanks again.
