RE: Thank you Matrix/Slitherine/Developers/Community

<t> After WW2 we (Americans)&nbsp;did ot want to dwell on the dark days of the war, soo......we didn't teach it to our students. I got chewed out by an English teacher for reading and writing a book report on "War is Hell", (WW2 true story). Just for spite and being Hard-headed yankee I wrote my ...

RE: Thank you Matrix/Slitherine/Developers/Community

<r> Jim Burns: Surprising that we, (you and I), learnt this, (ref ur post), from our American History classes, but I must say, my classes were during WW2. Todays young people, 50 years young, unfortunately don't get much History, unless they watch the somewhat questionable History (?) channel. Just ...

PS: for Gunny (KW), it worked good in Falling Waters, WV also. <br/>

RE: What game would you buy if they would just make it already?

Aye ! If it doesn't have a requirement of a war game then I'd put my 2 centavos for "Le Mans" by ? It was a board racing game which gave this old fella and his family many an evenings intertainment.[8D]

ZAP: you must have a lot of stuff running in the background to use up all that RAM. I have an XP with 2 GB RAM, 4 versions of SPwaw, run one at a time, and one version of Panzer Corps and I've never used all my RAM. I use all the game and user supplied scenarios and some campaigns.
