Re: Corrupted sreen

Thanks for the reply.

I did that as soon as this happen and reopened the game and had the same thing. I closed it again and tried to start a new game the next day and still had the problem. Anyway, I uninstalled the game after saving my graphic and scenario folders on the desktop. The game worked ...

Corrupted sreen

Could someone please tell me how to prevent this? It came about from when I went directly from a scenario to the editor. I didn't need to save the scenario. The past day I installed the latest update for Windows 10. The screen looks like someone used pastels colors, including the actual scenario ...

Corrupted graphics

<t> This came about from me going from the Iwo Jima scenario to the editor. The scenario was fine, I wanted to find out why the small naval wouldn't move and got this. I closed the game and restarted it with a different scenario and got the same corrupted graphics. When I installed the game I made a ...

RE: 2D Magnified view

<t> This is a good question. Is Matrix going to update this series to keep up with changes that Microsoft has made like the sorry Windows 10? I have BNW and I can't access the scenario notes and like the previous poster notes a patch is needed for the 2D Magnified view. In the information panel I ...

This is great, save for the minor problem of not seeing the game listed on my page, so I can't get the update.

I have the same problem. I can't update the game. Could you tell me where I can find a stream key, please?<br/>
<br/>
Update 25 Aug: Never mind. After I wrote this I saw the key in another part of the bulletin board. Good! Except the "my page" list doesn't show this game ...

RE: W7 Display Issue

Yes, Lobster.

The screenshot with the 18 stars is what I get with certain settings in the display. What I might have to get use to until this is figure out is using the "huge" view. When I enable that feature the units almost look normal.

Nine star screen shot.

<t> Hello, Steve,<br/>
<br/>
I was referring to the mini map. Looking at a couple other scenarios that makes sense about a small scenario equals <br/>
<br/>
a small mini map. The mini map in that scenario that I never paid attention to for obvious reasons, it was only with <br/>

Steve,

This is what I have now after experimenting. Like you, I have the stars showing and the
number, nine. On the other hand the map microview panel is way too small.

<r> Thanks, Jeff. I'll give these a shot.<br/>
<br/>
I found a few posts from the past myself but seeing how this is TOAW IV the information is somewhat dated. I'll go a head and post these links as they might be useful to someone.<br/>

RE: Windows 10 - anybody playing on this yet?

<t> Greetings, Jeff.<br/>
<br/>
I recently acquired a computer with Windows 7 on it. Previously, I played TOAW on the XP OS. Seeing how you have played this game on Windows 7 I'm curious to know if what you see on your screen is the same as what I'm seeing on mine. It looks to me to be smaller ...

<t> Does TOAW IV run on Windows 7 Professional? I’ve upgrade to this system and while all the other buttons work like the ones to register, game manual the EULA, etc, the quick start and the play game buttons don’t. I can click them with no effect. On the other hand the buttons work for “play on XP ...

<r> Hey, Bob.<br/>

From looking over the Excel sheet I agree with your characterization of it. This is a fine tool. Thank you.
