Scenario editor pdf?

Since I'm very interested in making scenarios, I'd like a look at the Scenario Editor tutorial manual/document to help me decide if I want to buy the game. I see the Game Manual is posted here in .pdf ... is it possible to have the Scenario manual/tutorial posted here also?

RE: Too difficult--by far

<t> No Javolenus, you're not a sore loser. You're a wargamer that is expressing his opinion and experiences with a particular game that you paid for, and I applaud you for that. I have been disappointed with some of my own purchases, and know that the pain comes not from the loss of any money, but ...

RE: On sale?

Thank you mercenarius. By the number of hits to this thread, there appears to be a quite a bit of interest in buying Hannibal at a reduced price ... any possibility of this happening?

RE: On sale?

OK ... a couple of threads below this - titled "Thank you Slitherine and Matrix" (Jomni). He mentions a $20 off coupon. But I haven't been able to track down any Slitherine discount coupon. Anyone know anything about it?

RE: How Cool

I agree Agent S. Maybe haul out the old AH Blitzkreig or one of so many other board games that the CC editor could handle easily. This baby is JUST PLAIN FUN!

RE: Team Assault: Baptism of Fire is Announced!

And this time slitherine is going to be sure to put out a few demonstration videos of the "map editor" in action ... right?

RE: Internet Explorer 7.0+ (for Editors and Generators)

<t> Thanks junk ... so if I have a lower version IE browser installed, I would need to install IE 7.0+? Again, this is absolutely no problem ... I just want to be sure. <br/>
<br/>
By the way, I think the videos showing the use of the editors are fantastic! A game company that shows you up front ...

Internet Explorer 7.0+ (for Editors and Generators)

I'm curious as to why Internet explorer 7.0+ is required to use the editors and generators. Not a problem really - just curious.

<t> Mr. Rutins -<br/>
Thank you very much for the reply and for providing a forum for the expression of opinions. I have expressed my opinions, and attempted to follow along with Sliterines replies - not switch arguments in midstream. I never said it had NO editor. My posts stand as written. Read ...

RE: Black grass?

<t> Well, now ... since we have agreed to eschew obfuscation (heehee)-<br/>
In my opinion, the product descriptions were NOT entirely accurate. If the editors are so wonderful, why do I see no user created scenarios here? This GBM forum is the deadest of the dead ... and it's no ball of fire over ...

RE: Black grass?

<t> You may think you're adept at obfuscating the issue, but you are mistaken. At issue here are the Slitherine inaccuracies in their product descriptions. I have found them to be misleading in two instances so far. PC games are too costly to waste money buying a misrepresented product when there ...

RE: Black grass?

<t> Save your time and your breath ... Im finished with Slitherine products. Hard to believe Matrix would put up with what is, in my opinion, misrepresentation in a product description. Bought Combat Command - the map and unit editors are a dream, not another Slitherine nightmare. Maybe I can unload ...

So much for Slitherine support. Second time I've been burned on Slitherine's so called "editors" - this and Battlefield Academy. Thats it for me. No more Sliterine games ... cant trust their product descriptions.

<t> Crash occurs on attempting to load a map (both from File->Open and File->New)in the editor. No changes were made to the ...
