I started a PBEM, fut I erroneously forgot to enable the FoW
Is there a way to enable it during a PBEM game, with the agreement of my oppenent, of course ?

Maybe you have got some units selected. In this case, selecting "rail damage" button has got no effect.
You need to :
-first clik on an empty hex
-select "rail damage"

Maybe you can use the "shift z" hotkey. It draws lines from the selected unit to its HQ (in orange for a subordinate unit to the HQ, and blue from the HQ to its subordinates).
