RE: 2.00 Vison not so good

True, but with my vision I rely on icons more then menu pulldown. The graphics are great but they (icons) need to be larger or less icons. Not gigging the game just needing a fix to enjoy it. Waited what 8-10 years for this can wait a bit more.

Manual clarification

I read in one of the coder diaries that the pdt files can be edited and changed and use open source on startup is this only found on the forum or will be added to the manual?

Thanks again for all the hard work

2.00 Vison not so good

<t> Hello all, I really can't enjoy the game because the Icons are way too small. Mousing over the icon to get the function gets cumbersome at best. I have to have the large cursor and vision impaired settings on. This was not an issue prior to the update, will this function be fixed or can I change ...

Up to 1.02b you can use the CS coder that was freely given away some time ago. I may have a copy of with the instructions originally was used for divided ground but it was updated to use with EF, WF and RS I believe

RE: So is update 1.05 dead in the water or what?

<t> Combat Missions is a great game......for battalion size battles it is great ...if ambitious generate a battle with regiment base.... CS seems as though with the promise of 1.05 is kind of like wrld in flames 20 years in the making and nothing produced for the public as a whole. Oh well Virginia ...

RE: So is update 1.05 dead in the water or what?

I just found other interests that I dive into. I will just play this as I see fit and encrypt as I see fit and be very compatmentalized. So amazing how defensive some people get on this game like they gave birth to it themselves

RE: So is update 1.05 dead in the water or what?

<t> Like I said your imaginiation is your only limit to this game. Is there problems with it YES, is there good things Of Course Is it playable im its current form? YES...Is it worth the 39 US not really but it is what it is a game. Example D3, 59 US but playable on internet free! If they really ...

RE: So is update 1.05 dead in the water or what?

<t> One of the things I really liked about 1.02B was the ability to add units otherwise forgotten. Example I was toying with an idea to create a mod that is basically a Squad Leader type Game using Squads to Regiment Level. Each squad would have FP approx 25% of the Current Platoon Level type Unit ...

RE: So is update 1.05 dead in the water or what?

<t> Mike, In my opinion 1.02B is more versatile anyway then 104 due to modability and how you can manipulate various oob's create platoon files etc. There is good reference on modding this and a lot of fun doing so. You can do as much as your imagination can do with that engine outside of ...

RE: So is update 1.05 dead in the water or what?

<t> I stayed away from this as much as possible, hat is off to Mike, great job you are doing. I believe this 1.05 patch has been going on for what now 6-7 years if not longer. Truth be told. WYSWIG...What you see is what you get. I am afraid the 1.04 is the last patch and we will make do. I agree ...
