Pyrpolitis 1/14

<t> So I've managed to neutralise the OPFOR air assets by launching a lone Viper from Crete and letting it drag the OPFOR CAP down south, and then sneak a couple of Viper's around the north and hit the OPFOR Tanker (and Wedgetail for good measure). Wait until the OPFOR birds have to land for fuel ...

<t> Hey Andy - I've spent most of the last week on holiday on the Isle of Skye, during which I've also managed to read all of the Armageddon's Song series! I've really enjoyed the military aspects (although I feel we're a little differently inclined on the politics [;)] ). I'd love for someone to ...

BBC - Silent War

<t> Anyone with any interest in cold war submarine operations really, really should watch this (two-part) BBC series. Interviews with British, US and ex-Soviet submariners, lots of information that was new to me, well told and some good footage and reconstructions. Oh, and great music!<br/>

RE: Books - recommendations

Navies in the Nuclear Age now ordered - and a lot cheaper for a used hardback via Abebooks.co.uk than Amazon.co.uk (especially with shipping to China!)

Still interested in any other overview, tactics, etc books ....

All done - copied Uiautomationcore.dll and uiautomationcore64.dll into the Command directory and rebooted - but still the same problem (and it was working fine until I updated to 488).

Must be a database / scenario error. There are (currently) two airports in Riyadh and both have runways in excess of 4000m!

RE: Crash ....

No worries and thanks for looking into it.

One thing that came up in another thread is that my copy of UIAutomationCore.dll had been removed to try and increase the stability of Flightsim (FSX) - could that be an issue?

RE: Constant crash issue...

Hmmm - I remember messing with UIAutomationCore.dll to try to make my flightsim installs more stable.

Where should that file go? Matt - what do you mean by 'the install path' ?

Cheers,
