I'm in early '42 of my first PBEM game and just discovered the future fate of my best pilots. Can a voluntary cap prevent this? Or should I stop hoarding my carrier pilots now?

I've already started a game (quick PM response)- but if you post a new thread looking for an opponent, it would probably only take a couple hours to get something going.
