allied newbie needed for flailing IJN player

Opponent wanted for first PBEM full campaign- I prefer to learn through mistakes, rather than by reading the forums and AAR's. House rules are open to discussion, but hopefully minimal (although as the Japanese player I'd love limits on PT boats).
Stock version and 2 day turns- that way we'll be done when AE is fully (?) patched.

I'd be interested. I'm recently new to witp and playing full campaign allied vs AI... w/ plenty of mistakes. Stock is fine. Not enough experience playing to have any particular house rules but as you say open to discussion. How do we start?
