You can already select all mercs using "ctrl + a" and you can also change it by editing system.cfg

It seems like the main cause for the stamina issue is shooting so I decreased the value for single to 100 and burst to 250 in Hired Guns\basis\scripts\logic\action_cost.xml and it did the trick.

I have found a rather easy fix. Just half the BP value for single and burst in "Hired Guns\basis\scripts\logic\action_cost.xml" and the mercs will stop passing out just because they fired a couple rounds.

Great, in that case is it an instant buy.
