And here I thought it was just me!  I at first thought it was my wireless mouse, but that is not the case as my old corded mouse does the same thing.  It is pretty annoying, but I've learned to just live with it.

I have battled my way to the UN Camp. When I enter the region, there is a NPC called the 'commisioner' who does not respond to any of my Merc's when approached. Is this a bug in the game, or does something need to occur before he'll speak to you?
