Vista crashes

<t> I'm getting random crashes in Vista. Random times that is... I've played with no problems for hours and I've had the crash as soon as 15 minutes into the game. Can't move merc between squads

Hi...

I hired a new merc and since my 1st squad was full, he was put in the 2nd squad, but at the same location (North Base). I dismissed one merc from squad one and tried to move my new guy into squad 1. It won't let me. Help?
