Bug or WAD - colony ships

<r> I can colonize planet with independent race with ANY colony ship. - this is WAD. But (after successfully colonize attempt) my colony ship build there can colonize same planet type (with new race onboard) WITHOUT proper techology. WAD or BUG?<br/>

Got same problem. Thanks for fast workaround. Game works fine on English settings now. win 7 x64 no reboot&nbsp; required.[align=center] [/align]
