This can happen sometimes if you've had a MWIF crash. With MWIF not running check task manager to see if you have a zombie MWIF.exe process running. If so, kill it and you should then be able to load your game file.

If this is beyond what you're comfortable with, then you can do a reboot/restart ...

Anyway they should have been reset.

Glad that there is a way to solve this bug. Although it is a bug nonetheless.

AFAIK, any MP can save up to 4 BPs in cities or ports cumulative, same in the capital. So e.g. London can host 12 BPs.

That is, with the optional selected, of course.

However, running Vichy I am not allowed to save more than 4 BPs for each city or port. except for Vichy city (¡!), the Capital city ...

The problem is not the translation but that for the interpretation of the rules, the AI (whether in English or Spanish) ommited one line of the rulebook's text because of the End of Page format or ...

In my partial discharge I will mention that the notebooklm.google.com IA for documents helped me to mistake, it seems it didnt read part of the rules text, reaching a wrong conclusion.

I suspect that Italy does not have a 0 cost CBV MIL in the force pool. Hence the confusion, and some sort of bug. The CBV MIL that Italy has is for Cairo. Would be nice to see its location.

There is no one in the images with a "V", I hve the Spanish V,and used to have the greek Garrison of Athens, both volunteers. But I don't recall any militia, although maybe it should be there, just like the Athens GARR which just died in combat but never came ...

I got 16 BP saves (with more than enough storage place) in Vichy.
I produce 5 BP, total 16+5 =21

According to MWIF 16+5 = 14

Afterwards, I get those 14, and for some reason 1 is left in the map so when I deploy the 14 I total 15.

15 <> 21

I suspect there is a MIL lost, since I have a 0 cost unit not displayed.
