For the record, I'm really jealous of anyone who is retired, works from home, etc and can download and enjoy while the rest of us toil away at the office!

RE: Deploying or Moving Air to Britain before surrender?

<t> As far as I'm aware unless Britain surrenders, you cannot deploy new units in Britain at all, or strategically move a unit to the island. I haven't had a British surrender due to Gibraltar so I'm not certain what happens in the case of British surrender. You should not have any trouble rebasing ...

What is AGW?

I googled it and found a bunch of stuff about global warming. Somehow I don't think that's what you are referring to. [:)]

RE: Game hangs during USSR turn (AI)

Yes, the 1939 campaign. I left the difficulty at normal. Next time I will boost it dramatically for sure. I think it would be a huge challenge to play Germany against a human.

RE: Game hangs during USSR turn (AI)

<t> I have to agree with you in your hopes the AI gets some tweaking. I'm looking forward to the patch before I start a PBEM match. I have a game going against the AI. It is in Nov. 1941 and as Germany I've conquered Poland, France, England (both the island and any NA presence), Lux, Bel, Nor ...

RE: British surrender.

<t> I may be a complete idiot but I've given up on any hope of a British surrender due to the hex that is Gibralter. I can't get to it, simple as that. I'd have no problem declaring war on Spain to get to it but alas, I'm not allowed to and I've given up hope of ever acquiring enough diplomatic ...
