Contacted Primus and received my receipt via email

Should I just cancel it on my credit card, and re purchase it later, if you guys are having problems.

Its states in your files that I purchase it, and the Serial Number, but I received not confirmation of the purchase via email.

Did not receive a receipt by email on purchase to confirm, what is going on.

Units do not show up on map. Have the most current drivers, reinstalled the game, and changed resolutions. The icons for the units still do not show up.
Please help if you can.

Just downloaded the 1.95 driver from Nvidia the combat tactical still freezes up and does not display the planet or the ships and then locks up. Did I purchase this game a week ago or a week and half and still no solution. Please hurry I really want to play this game.[:@]

The game will not work at the present time with the 191.07 nvidia driver. Go back to a earlier driver and try it.

I still get screens that do not redraw properly. So it still has problems even with the turned down graphics.

Lower all the graphic settings to their lowest level and its seems to work.

This is my dxdiag from the laptop, everything seems to running fine on my laptop. Running a different nvidia driver.

Yes I am running it on my laptop and my main unit. Both have nvidia cards but different drivers. The game on the laptop is running fine, but the console is the one Iam getting all the errors. It has the 191.07 driver. Will try and get the dxdiag to you from the laptop.

Received the following error on main unit. The NV_4 disp driver has stopped working normally, Iam running 191.07 which is different than my laptop Erik can you try this driver and see if it gives you trouble.

The planet never appears in the combat screen. The clock does count down. I try to deploy the ships but nothing appears. When it does not freeze it gives me a battle report. But will not go back to the star map.

Once I enter the combat screens it shows my ships to the right buy not on the main screen also if I end the battle I does not go back to the star screen it loads more windows on top of the combat ...
