The other crash could have some relation with the Windows version, it doesn't happens to all the players. Its a tricky problem.
Are you playing as admin?

No. This issue was reported to the programmers as it is needed to change the code. But at this moment is waiting to be fixed.<br ...

There are still some work to do improving the game. But this patch is a point for starting work for next patches.

The last RC is going to be released as official soon. And we are still working on a next patch. ECW is not dead [;)]

Regarding the castle imho there were several examples like this in the war. For design purposes I wont add all of them, it could be modded indeed.

Its a minor issue, but I will fix it. Please report any of this kind as sometimes one change fixing a different issue has some collateral effect and I miss to see it.

The leaders give 12, 24 and 48 points

48 is the highest amount a leader can provide, but some abilities can increase this so that explains the 49
