Re: Commander Task Force: Call for volunteers!

Does the player have something to do with the commanders, or they are just "there"?

The Commander is in the "Flag" unit. The player controls what that unit does and where it is located on the map (which may risk the Commander's loss but make his abilities more or less impactful). He can ...

Could be download it from here, but not activated. https://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php

Re: Running on Linux

I think I'm gonna go the VM route, everything works (just realized that the fonts in the tabs of the button panel don't show in wine), not losing much performance, and also has the advantage of the DPI settings in the executable. Also is not crashing whatsoever....

I finally tested on Wine 7.7 ...

Re: About the possibility of open Source code

Thanks Bob for the update, I, for one, had no idea of those new features.

Couple of questions:

But TOAW is not “stagnated”. It is being continuously developed.
Only by you I take?

Yes. Ralph is gone.

He is going to be seriously missed soon.

Graymane wrote: Mon Mar 21, 2022 2:01 am Wow, a lot to unpack here. I’m not understanding the context of this. Matrix bought the rights in 2006 and released toaw 3 and then toaw 4. Is that an issue?
I don't think Matrix owns the game, bout I'll let better informed persons explain that in detail.

Re: Editing fonts...

Well for some reason the opart 4 fonts file ends up with two lines for the same offset settings, looks like if I edit the two, the setting would stick.
But if I modify any other font, the upper two lines would go to zero and back to square one.
