Not sure if this was addressed before but anyway one thing i am noticing now is that the scaling and blurriness of the fonts has a massive difference if you play on your window resolution or not.

Windows Resolution of 3840x2400 and playing the game in 1920x1080 i have fonts that are very blurry

Hello!
Discussed this over the discord with Erik.
Basically if you start the game in "full screen" with a resolution that is lower than your system resolution the game does not start in full screen and instead generate a borderless window in the top-left part of the screen

Got the same while playing with Icemania ai improvement mod.
I also have a save where this happens around 10 second after loading the game (but it does require icemania ai mod)
