1.0.4.7 Running the game on 1080p fullscreen in a 4k screen result in a small borderless window in the top-left

Hello!
Discussed this over the discord with Erik.
Basically if you start the game in "full screen" with a resolution that is lower than your system resolution the game does not start in full screen and instead generate a borderless window in the top-left part of the screen

Discovered that the way around it is set the property of the .exe file and override DPI scaling and make it "system"
