It seems I can place anything in the editor, but if i want to delete something.. it spells the end of exisitance as it crashes and turns multiple screens into giant white squares with red Xs

so i loaded this patch up, and it takes care of the 5 minute load time issues which is great... but... now all my planets outside my home system are missing, i keep track of them by seeing their space ports

Oh and PS double and triple checked the power settings, full power, still takes 4-6 minutes for bootup, emptying out the blackholes seems to be the longest

Sorry for the delayed response, real life called me away. With updated drivers, the program seems to run a quick universe rather well, it still slows up when I ask it for a large uni with all 19 other races, and it still doesnt like nebulae been shown

Yeah Im looking at my systems profile on their website and they dont have any video drivers on it... which I feel as strange

Also if I hit Alt-F4 in program it crashes instead of closes

So I did what Larry said, and its a lot smoother comparatively. The ships still have a jittery quick to them and scrolling still feels clunky but not as bad...

No change from size to size, also how long is it supposed to take the game to boot up on avg cause it takes almost 5 minutes...

Yes performance is subjective, but windows get called up piecemeal at a time, ships... jerk move forward

<r> I just downloaded DW and being rather excited about it booted it up... but it seems to run terrifyingly slow... bordering on unplayable in my opinion...
