FelixCulpa.... Any chance you are using a VPN? I had to disable my VPN to get the Matrix updater to work. Don't know why.

It is a bug IMHO.

Just because I move one ship to a port, it shouldn't effect the movement of the ships that started in the port as long as they don't try to include the just moved ship.

I may be missing a setting but in a PBEM game I've had fleets sit in port while a naval invasion occurred in the adjacent beach hex.

Is there a setting on the fleet that I am missing?
