Hello Vic,
A suggestion from Seymos:

Artillery Calibre compatible with Foot Movement: Add up to 60mm?
Maybe also increase for ATguns too? (40mm)

Currently, Foot Movement only limited to 25mm calibers = no design choices
60mm for Artillery and 40mm for ATguns sounds realistic

You can take yourself a look in Debug mod at tables 70 and 73 named "Colony Major Events" and "Dissolution Major Events"

Both info would be useful yes.
Maybe then use colored numbers to show if it's higher/lower, and use the arrow to show when the numbers increased from last turn, like it is elsewhere

Maybe new Tech discovered by enemy could be "highlighted" with color or something in the list
Maybe also the first ...

Maybe to make information easier to read/use:
- Only List Techs that are not common between PLAYER and REGIME SELECTED (would remove all the clutter unimportant information)
- When looking at other regimes information, add a column that ...

True, this would be even better yes
EDIT: For me in current state: An asset "quantity 4" can means:
- 1 + 1 + 1 + 1
- 1 + 1 + 2
- 2 + 2
- 4

It's like when we are asked to improve X to level Y in events.
So if it says "Industry 4" it cannot be 4 industry of lvl 4. Am I right? (it would display 16)

In the REGIME TAB, could you add PLAYER information in the same way than other REGIMES information?
This would Help a lot for quick comparison (especially in PBEM games)

In current state, the PLAYER have to got to many different menu in order "to try" getting those information ...
