I would also like to see a toggle to eliminate tech trading.

Having a research trade agreement in the game would be cool, but secondary to eliminating tech trading.

I posted this before I noticed the 1.7.0.2 patch so it was the Enterprise patch (1.7.0.1).

I started a new game last night but I only have a small portion of the galaxy revealed so impossible to say whether it is improved or not at this point.

I guess I'll fire the game up and see if it is fixed first of all.

It definitely goes to whoever sees it first, but it really should go to the construction ship that repaired it in my opinion. I mean conceivably as they're fixing the last couple of systems, they have a crew on-board ready to go.

I'd like to see this fixed.
