One more thing, you never stated where you are located. That is very important. You need to check your states laws on home defense and lethal force. If you are in a state that has a castle doctrine, you should be okay, but if in a state that ...

RE: Fear, hypocracy, and wargames.

Having read another post AGAINST THE 22LR, I will be purchasing a 12 gauge. I will also be purchasing a .45 handgun. I have too many meth addicts around here, and I don't think anything less than a .45 or 12 gauge will stop those assholes!

<t> Thanks for the advice,<br/>

I'm thinking a cheap semi-auto 22LR rifle with the barrel cut off. I mean, if I had a rifle that still had the buttstock, with a half-length barrel and a plastic 40 round magazine, that would function like a submachinegun--I can pull the trigger pretty quickly ...

Fear, hypocracy, and wargames.

<t> I usually go to bed pretty early, and I often sleep for five hours and wake up, then I try to fall back asleep for a couple of more hours before I get out of bed. Last night was typical, except that after I awoke after my first five hours of sleep or so, I was laying in bed having difficulty ...

<t> Generally, I'm content to play the game w/out learning what exactly goes on in the LOS calculations. I've been reading the manual. It is interesting to have the info out in the open, but I'm confused about the "per hit" feature.<br/>

<t> I fell off the wagon. Tried to give up gaming for awhile. It was interrupting my professional life. Tried to taper off w/a CM:A and some CMSF. Great games, but not as habit-forming for me. If I have no control over the data, I have less to tempt me.<br/>

Looking for a new projector

<r> Anyone here use projectors for playing games and can make a recommendation?<br/>
