Is it possible with this game to play both sides, either by 'hotseat' or self-email?

After playing against the AI, I'm convinced I'm smarter than it. For the best simulation of the Great War, I'm wondering: is there any way to play WWI G solitare for both sides?

Dumb question, but "UAC?" And how does one grant "PC Administrator privledges?"

nothing. The tabs light when I touch them - single player, multiplayer, credits, quit - but when I click them, nothing happens.
