Can u guy remove the various number restrictions in the editor?

character skills only go to 100, colony size to 400 and development to 200. Can u remove these for the editor. Sometimes I like to have these cheat play times just for the hell of it and the restrictions are a little annoying.

AFAIK for the refueling icon to appear on the system star bases require the commerce center along with extractors. I placed a star base once with fuel converters on a star and the fuel icon appeared it had a commerce center.

so what if they cant trigger the beacon. you're introducing a feature and removing another that freking ridiculous. Nanaki: they cant because the entire storyline is disabled. OMG Im freaking furious right now. so goddamn stupid.

IIRC it wasnt like this in shadows so why the change. To removes a huge part of the game.

Return of shakturi storyline is grayed out when I play as a custom pirate. I can select it playing as a standard empire but not as a pirate.

the problem could be because in their race files humans are allowed to pick that government. I change race files to disallow utopia and hive mind and they don't start with that. Last game they picked despotism this happens with 5.4 also.

three times now i've had coup d'etat as a balanced boskaran pirate as soon as I close the initial window when starting a new game.

two games now i've seen human empires start with hive mind. In the race files hive mind should be in the disallowed governments afaik.

i don't understand what game have you guys been playing but I never get that. The option to pause would still be there it would just not pause by default. The suppress all pop up makes exploration ships explore bases and ships which I want to leave alone for the AI because they need them.

wtf is going on with the mining? I made a new component that extracts 1k and loaded a save but the extraction rate doesn't change. Whats the point of showing how much a ship can extract if the damned thing isn't accurate. wtf.

its annoying to find that I've spent half hour designing a ship only to realize I didn't unpause after opening the window. Or going AFK only to return to find game is paused because of a stupid pop-up.

<t> Its ridiculous to see a ship go for repairs half way across the galaxy when not only there's a repair bot on board but by the time the ship reaches a repair base the ship doesn't need repairs anymore. they are good mainly for lone bases and ships with fighters. put some tractors on the base too to pull them in.

Giving every station 50 of all resources leads to shortages.

Its a really bad design to give all stations 50 of each resource. I can't build more than two mining stations before getting shortages. Why cant freighters give stations resource when they upgrade instead of giving them 50 of each it makes no sense.

I made a tech of 10K mining rate. It says so on the ship too but when in game mining ships mine very slowly. Is this hardcoded or what?

this happened to me when, as a pirate I fitted an escort class with constructors. Problem was that after I scrapped the station I couldn't build another one on that planet.
