Thanks Taxman. Do you also happen to know why germans can only research to level 2 infantry while allies and ussr can research to higher levels? I can't find why in the manual

Super noobie here...why are the German research categories for command & control, infantry, armour, aerial and naval warfare limited to 1 level (the level in the research screen is red)? Is there some way to unlock this?

OOB has been my game of choice since it came out last summer. I absolutely cannot wait to blitz my way across Europe!!

I downloaded the B of B update and when I load B of B it freezes on the when I click on 'start briefing'. Hope someone can suggest a fix. This looks awesome and I really want it to work.

Can anyone direct me to where I can find out about what RGH stands for and some background on these HQ units? I can't seem to find anything in the manual (1.07.11).

In my game as GHC the Soviet AI did the same thing to me a couple of times in March 1942.

I love War in the East and can't wait for this to be released.

DicedT, I am running my game using Win7 as a virtual machine inside my Mac with Paralells. I reinstalled parallels tools and my game no longer crashes. I think my problem had something to do with audio device and the drivers.
