Refugees

I have a few questions about refugees.

Can anyone give me the title of a scenario that contains refugees.

Are they just there to slow down your movement or can you interact with them?Can you shoot them or assault them or can you chase them of the roads?

I have noticed that if you fire against a alone standing leader one shot often consumes all your action points.

Changes to Bren gun carrier section

I have noticed that the carrier section has been substantially improved. Its soft fire ability have improved from 5 to 9.I love it at last the carrier section can be used for something other than cannon fodder. Thanks.

Strange French machineguns

The four gun French machinegun platoons have adefence value of 7 while the two gun machinegun group have a defensife value of only 4.Both units seems to use exactly the same weapon. Why the differnce?

The German sFH 18 150 mm Howitzers have a range of 39 hexes which suggests a range of 9750 m but its range is supposed to be 13250m or 53 hexes.

artillery assault values

In the old version of the campaign series all towed artillery had an assault value of 0. Now British artillery have an assault value of 1 but all the other artillery that I have until now encountered has an assault value of 0. Why?
