I got the game through Steam. Does this impact downloading and using mods? Is there a tweak to get them to work?

I tried to download this in firefox and got a 'need app?' popup from windows explorer. As this is an at.zip am I doing something wrong?

Thanks Gary. I went though Firefox and the download seemed to work fine. I dowlnloaded the 4 seasons mod. There didn't seem to be any changes in graphics when opening a new game, unless there is another tweak I need to perform. Again thanks for the advice and help it is appreciated.

I am considering purchasing this game right now. Had the DC BWP, but lost both the computer and disc in Sandy. I would like a game that has a catalog of mods available. Welcome opinions. Thanks

"I'm not following you big Dan." O Brother Where Art Thou? I've got map mod files in my Altgraphics folder from the TOAW beachhead and they don't work. Of course I know its my fault, just don't know what I've done wrong.
