The map I am thinking of would be about 45X60

When I create a scenario, none of the buttons show up to allow designing new units, changing graphics, etc. If I go into the edit mode on an existing scenario, all of these buttons appear. I am able to draw a map, but am limited to the WWII unit set and default graphics, etc.
