Not every scenario foresees the deployment of paratroopers inside an air transport.
In technical terms, not every scenario has paratrooper slots enabled.

Keep in mind that in US Corps you can only purchase US core units; select the US flag on the purchase screen.

The names of cities of Flandres are pretty messed up.
Some have the Flemmish name, others the French or English name. Or in one case, Turnhout, is in the wrong province.
And Zeland should be Zeeland in Dutch.
