Re: Living Manual

Dear jb5256

Check at paragraph 21.12. STACKING.

Regards,

Stonne

Stonne,
Well, hiding in plain sight. Obviously I don't scan documents nearly as well as I used to.

Greatly appreciate your quick response. But I must say that I am not only disappointed that the old "rule" is still in effect ...

Re: Living Manual

I scanned the Living Manual but could not find anything on the limitations on the maximum number of units (or man and material) allowed in a hex. Of course I might have missed it, but I was hoping that this version of Gary Grigsby's War in the East would improve on the "rule" in the first version ...

Re: Unit Stacking

Thank you very much for the reply and confirmation. That kills my purchase of the sim. I still can't get over what a huge mistake the stacking rules are for this sim. Makes me wonder what else is completely wrong with this massive effort.

You saved me money, wasted time, and frustration.

RE: Problem with PBEM server

<t> Well, now I am confused. I still cannot open the game and I my opponent started earlier, but now I can download and play a different game/scenario that my opponent started. We have only completed the first turn of the new game, but it seems to be working. Why can I play the more recent game, but ...

RE: Problem with PBEM server

<t> Thank you for responding but I just tried to access the game again online and I am still having the same problem. To be clear, I am not receiving any error messages, I can get as far as the "turn/weather/victory conditions" screen and that's it. I can only hit "esc" and close out in the menu. I ...

RE: Problem with PBEM server

I am having the same problem. I do not think it would be reasonable for and I my opponent to have to wait until the end of August to be able to continue our game online. Is anyone at Matrix or Slitherine working to fix this problem now?
