RE: Any early impressions?

<t> I own the majority of aged titles and I think this one has the potential to be the best. I say potential because I'm still trying to get to grips with it. But that said I am loving what I am seeing. The game is beautiful and captures the era perfectly. The engine lends itself to napoleonic grand ...

RE: SCALE

<t> I just thought I would chime in regarding this scale issue. I get it that it would be amazing to play on a true 1:1 scale (I would love to as well). But its been eloquently explained, there are reasons as to why the engine currently does not support this. I've played the JTS games ad nauseum and ...

Messina Woes

<t> 1943-45 Campaign and Husky went well. That was until the germans parked themselves in messina with lvl 3 fortifications. Despite bombing the merry hell out of the port the units were still able to draw supply. <br/>

Is it possible to isolate these units? If so how? I dont see how they ...

That squadron is marked as Naval Onl

So can I change that?

If not, who is the best sqn/s to perform Recon for BC?

RE: Bomber Command PR

<t> Yes I went to the sqn screen and changed the HQ to BC. Then air transfered them to Coningsby. I then plotted a AD for Strat Recon. When I went to add the air group it was greyed out as unavailble. I can still select it but it add 0 aircraft to the directive. When run the AD doesnt happen. The ...

Bomber Command PR

<t> So i transfered No.504 from coastal command to Bomber Command and sent them to Coningsby AF. They wont take part in any Strat Recon, not that turn or the turn later. In fact they would do any recon as a part of CC either. <br/>

RE: Incredible game but feeling slightly lost

Thanks for the replies guys. I'll play around with the ai generated stuff and see where I get from there. At least now I have a good idea where to start.

Incredible game but feeling slightly lost

<t> Hello Guys,<br/>
<br/>
Ive just purchased WITW and I am amazed by its attention to detail and scope. As a very happy player of WITE, I am comfortable with the ground based aspects (Having gotten my head around the Amphibious landings and para drops)<br/>

I do feel overwhelmed by the ...

RE: FPC Limitations

<t> Given what you have accomplished with the resources available, I think its limitations are pretty astounding, by their lack of. I understand though, that its a fine line between having an infinitely moddable game, and having stuff that you the devs can release as DLC.<br/>

I've mentioned ...

I see you're a PCO gamer as well.

Another great game, I still play it from time to time. FPC though has scratched an itch that has long needed scratching.

This game is fantastic

<t> As a old time wargamer I really found a gap in my collection. I used to play a game called Red Lighting back on my amiga in the day and have been looking for a worth replacement ever since. Flashpoint Germany was a good game, but FPC is amazing. I really hope you guys manage to get the time and ...
