Can somebody explain me what is the sense to blockade the planet? Can it really prevent reinforcements to come when you are invading the colony? Or troop transports can breakthrough anyway?

You can do it with the usual "Negotiate a deal" menu, under Diplomacy section; in my experience rarely the same enemy purpose is accepted as "benevolent" offer...

"Negotiate a deal" doesn't work in such manner. You just can't demand same amount of tribute as it was in pop-up message coz you ...

How to demand tribute when you won the war?

Hello!

Usually when war is going good for me, AI empire suggests to end the war and gives a bunch of stuff (techs, coordinates of ruins etc). But how to demand same stuff manually? Does it depend from language tech?

Screen Edge Panning doesn't work when you move your mouse to the right side of the screen. It works in other directions.

After some years though the huge war weariness of the federation makes the peoples happiness plummet and so does the state income. The federal government can't do anything to mitigate this as the bug people simply refuse to talk and just keep coming... they either kill or enslave every colony they ...

Hello. Dear developers, can you please decrease amount of ships generated in ship debris around the map? In last games I was very lucky to get 1 big debris in 2-3 jumps from home system. :roll: Even 1 advanced ship can create a huge disadvantage for me or AI.
Is this moddable?

I think you play on large galaxies with huge amount of colonies. Sorry, but on 700-1000 stars with scarce colonies building resorts everywhere is a waste of money. Nobody will fly to your shitty resorts. Even your citizens. Thus tourist income is pretty low. Also AI on small maps usually builds only ...

Hello.
Is it possible to add an additional option where you can actually set the minimal scenery value for building of resort bases? I'm getting tired from constant AI suggestions to build a resort on a place with 3% scenery which is a waste of money.

I'd say around 700-1000. The game has some progressing UI and performance issues on larger galaxies.

edit: Another example of look ahead. Abandoned Ship / Bases, the advisors suggest repair. Sends a Constructor. When the Constructor arrives it 'discovers' the abandoned ship / base.


I think it's enough to 'catch a glimpse' on debris ships/bases and add them to the list. Discover message appears ...

Yes, Game editor is pretty inferior. I was very disappointed when I've failed to find how to delete ships. I tried to delete overpowered debris in the galaxy to be precise.
