I would also like to be able to play this game at higher resolutions. I happen to have a 5K imac... changing the resolution to play makes me want to play something else that looks nicer.

What settings do people like the most?

I find that irregular galaxies seem to offer the most balanced start up scenario. You're still at the whims of how good an original system you get of course...

A major problem I seem to be having was fleets that were too big. When you have a fleet that has more ships than there are docking bays available, the game just shuts down. Not my idea of friendly automation.

Hi there. I just updated my DW Shadows install, and then downloaded your mod. However, when I go to select the theme, I can see it fine. When I select it, the cursor spins, and DW becomes unresponsive. Any tips towards resolving this?

This is one of those areas of the game that induces gratuitous frustration. Why isn't the AI smart enough to take my ships to places where they can be repaired?

Repairing and Retrofitting Mission problems

I'm noticing a pattern where I get a fleet beat up, and then it seems to take forever to repair. I can build new ships faster frequently than old ships will repair or retrofit. Any suggestions on what to do about this?
