Palying as Germany, how do you keep your available funds positive and not disappearing into negative thousands?

I do not seem to be able to add naval units in editor. There is only 1 fleet listed and changing country and unit type produces an error message on save.

I appear to have 1.01 Beta, there are no updates. Deleting the units has not aided loading. I will delete them in my last working save and go from there.

I have a saved game which will not reload. It nay be coincidence but there are 4 submarines for Romania what will not deploy starting the same turn as the saved games failure to load.
Is it possible to edit the saved game to delete the subs?

I see, i assumed that the alliance was the with the west allies, my bad. Can lend lease be turned off?

Im working a game in which Russia declares war on Germany and invades, no issue but, Russia is still in the allied alliance. I don't think that should be the case, nor should it receive lease lend. The pop up notes at beginning of the turn all follow the German invasion, not a Russian ...

Apologies, its the editor that pops back to owner Poland. It will not let me delete Germany's surface units and replace them with u-boats, it fails to load.

New fleets and unit owner will not save to any owner other than Poland. When you hit save, it pops back to Poland. The grand campaign has several flotilla as Polish as well.

My tutorials are not working, how do i used the DP's to bring Spain et al into the conflict?
Can war be decleared on a country/alliance prior to or after the actual date?

Hi, the tutorials will run until there are no more dialog boxes then they go no further.
